Hi, I’m Konstantina!

I’m a psychologist who supports 20 & 30-somethings who feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions, stuck in repeating relationship patterns, or struggling to make sense of painful life experiences. My work blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and CBT, which means we combine practical tools for current challenges with a deeper exploration of long-standing patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Having lived in Greece and the Netherlands, I’m especially attuned to cultural shifts and life transitions, particularly for those navigating life across different countries.

In our sessions, I aim to create a space where you feel safe and understood, while also being gently encouraged to grow. There are no magic solutions here — just thoughtful dialogues, meaningful exploration, and strategies that can actually shift things in your life.
